FC Fernhill enter the fray in week two of Bracknell Sunday League

Senior Cup winners FC Fernhill open up their Premier Division campaign at home to Raglan, who will look to make amends for their opening day defeat last weekend. The other two fixtures see Berks County host Bracknell Rangers whilst promoted Woodley Saints, who will look to build upon their opening day victory, will be at home to Crowthorne Inn.

Last weekends two losing cup finalists meet in Division 1 as Loveman United host Bearwood Wanderers in an interesting looking fixture. Newcomers Bigshot, who opened their campaign impressively last weekend with a victory, face tough opposition in Crowthorne. Elsewhere Wokingham & Emmbrook TMW start their campaign after last weekend’s postponement, with a home fixture against Athletico Forest.

Pick of this weekend’s fixtures in Division 2 sees Junior Cup winners and promoted AFC Dukes take on relegated Bracknell Athletic. Elsewhere newcomers Freeman Royals will look to make it two wins from two away at Bracknell Cavaliers.

Division 3 sees the battle of the “FC’s” as FC Showcase take on FC Harmanswater. Early pace-setters Bracknell Spartans Vets travel to play Ashridge Park whilst fancied Bracknell Royals look to get their first points on the board with a tricky looking fixture at home to Woodley Saints Reserves.

Following last weekends postponements, 6 teams in the Division 4 play their first games of the season this weekend that includes 3M at home to Silver Birch A. Newcomers Harts of Bracknell Reserves, who impressed last weekend scoring 6 without reply against a dogged Bracknell Titans side, will look to continue their good start with a home fixture against Bracknell Athletic Reserves, themselves winners last weekend.

Finally, news is in of the final tie in last season’s delayed Aldershot Invitational Cup that will see Bracknell Rangers play FC Fleet at Farnborough Town FC on Sunday 1st November 2020, kick-off 2.30pm.
