Tough start for Ascot United Ladies in SRWFL Premier Division opener

Yellawomen open with a trip to Chesham United

Newly promoted Ascot United Ladies have a tough start to life in the Southern Region Women’s Football League Premier Division.

The Yellawomen will make the journey to Chesham United Ladies when the league kicks off on Sunday 10th September and will then host Milton Keynes City before travelling down to the South Coast to face Team Solent.

In the First Division Northern, Woodley United Ladies travel to Oxford City Nomads on the opening day while newly formed Wokingham & Emmbrook will wait until 24th September before making their bow – also against Nomads.

In addition, the draws for the first and second qualifying rounds of the SSE Women’s FA Cup will be made on Friday.

The Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League which includes Binfield and Sandhurst Town is yet to confirm it’s constitution or opening day fixtures.
