Monday night football returns to Hill Farm Lane as Binfield host Henley Town in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division.
Neither team played this past weekend with Binfield running out 2-1 winners at Holyport in the Reading Senior Cup last Tuesday whilst one day later, Henley lost 4-1 at Brackley Town Saints in the league.
The Moles are currently in eighth place with a bit of a gap between the sides above and below them but points are definitely much more needed for the Red Kites. In 17th place (second bottom), victory tonight would see the visitors climb above Oxford City Nomads and into 16th place.

I have to stress that this is purely my (Duds) best guess but it appears as though three of the Division One clubs could be promoted and if the Hellenic League wishes to run a twenty team Premier Division next season, there could be one team relegated from the Premier Division. More importantly than climbing above Nomads, a Henley win would give them a four point cushion over basement side Burnham.
The home side will start favourites though with only one defeat in the past seven matches in all competitions and the danger man is of course Liam Ferdinand who has scored ten goals in that seven match period and 33 goals in total this season.
Kick-off is at 7.45pm this evening.
