The non league season at step 3 and below might officially be over – albeit in controversial circumstances – but that hasn’t stopped clubs in Berkshire getting on with preparations for the 2020/21 season.
We may not know exactly when that season might get underway but Binfield, Windsor and Holyport have all shared pictures on social media of work being done at their grounds over the Easter weekend – respecting of course social distancing rules.
Binfield shared an image of work being done to re-turf the goal mouths at Hill Farm Lane (see above) as well as a resurfacing of the car park.
The Moles tweeted: “Bobby Ellis and Mickey Baldry give this club everything. Pitch maintenance continues with goalmouths and centre circle turfing.”

Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One East side Holyport have also started work preparing their pitch.
