Okay we’re called FootballinBracknell but bear with us on this one, it’s important.

Slough Town are moving into a brand new ground with artificial pitch at Arbour Park in the summer, and have an annual ‘historical walk’ for charity that this year is raising money for Bracknell’s Sebastian’s Action Trust.

So that’s the link!

Southern League Premier Slough are managed by former Bracknell Town defender Neil Baker and Jon Underwood and the Action Trust is in memory of Sebastian Gates – a little boy who sadly died in 2003 of a rare form of childhood cancer.

You can read more about the walk here on the STFC supporters site here.

The action trust has a purpose-built facility that offers respite holidays for very sick children out in the gorgeous Hampshire countryside.
