It was a tough night all round as Binfield lost the Reading Senior Cup for a second successive season after Henley Town came from 3-1 down to win 5-3 in extra time.
Liam Ferdinand twice and Jemel Johnson got the goals that gave the Moles what seemed an unassailable lead but the reckless stamp on Grant Kemp by Jack Broome changed the game and allowed Henley the time and space on a big open Madejski Stadium pitch to hit back and take full advantage.
Watch the moment Henley drop the Reading Senior Cup
Binfield manager Roger Herridge was understandably in reflective mood and his comments are here, but we’ve been and picked some of the reaction from players and fans on social media.
Jemel was hoping for better..

Disappointing end to the season yes'day. Well done @HenleyTownFC. Best part of the night was seeing my boy as mascot. Thanks @Binfieldfc

Horrible way to finish
Great way to end the season playing at Madejski but also a horrible way to end it losing in a cup final.
