As part of the Bostik League’s social media presence, they have reached out asking for supporters of
member clubs to give their predictions on the season.
Part of this meant predicting the full South Central Division and you can see the article here.
After doing this I thought I would do the same for the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division and
Division One East.
I have to admit the further away from East Berkshire I look the lower my club knowledge is but
hopefully it sparks good debate.
Last year I predicted the top three in the Hellenic Premier Division to be 1) Bracknell Town, 2)
Thatcham Town, 3) Highworth Town so actually did really well but it’s fair to say my 2016/17
predictions were a lot worse.

Apologies to the clubs I have placed finishing near to or bottom of the pile but someone has to be
placed there and I’d love to be proved wrong.
As eluded to already my predictions last year were good but they were woeful the previous year.
Ultimately, we’d love to get your views. Do you agree or disagree? Let us know in the comments below.
The main thing is to spark healthy debate and peak interest in the leagues as we approach the start
of the season.
