Stuck for footballing choice this weekend? FootballinBracknell will attempt to pick what we think will be the match of the day every Saturday and this week it’s got to be Bracknell Town at home to Brimscombe & Thrupp.
Why?
Bracknell’s games have been well attended since their return to Larges Lane and with no games for either Binfield or Ascot United on Saturday you can expect a bumper crowd again coupled with the Robins title run-in which could see them crowned champions in six games time.
Then there’s the visitors who are already piling the pressure on the Robins.
Match details?
It’s a 3pm kick off at Larges Lane which is off London Road by the Met Office roundabout. RG12 9AN. Parking on site is limited so alternative forms of transport are recommended.
And an alternative?
If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, Woodley United host Wokingham & Emmbrook at Scours Lane. It’s a little bit of a trip over to Reading but the match itself should be worth the effort with the previous league meeting finishing 4-3 to the Sumas at Lowther Road.
