The big day has finally arrived. Bracknell Town will return home this evening for the first time since May 2016 to a fully redeveloped Larges Lane.
And there couldn’t be a better opponent for the opening night of the new facility than neighbours Binfield – two sides who consistently get 250+ supporters through the gates when they play each other, meaning Tuesday night should be a bumper crowd and a huge test for the new ground.
Off the pitch, we know that entry is £5 for adults with free entry to kids and OAPs while there is some advice on parking at Larges Lane here.
Key men
On the pitch, it’s set to be a battle between the two sides top scorers.

Adam Cornell hit four for Bracknell on Saturday at Burnham and sits second with 21 goals in the Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League goal scoring chart behind Thame United’s Andrew Gledhill while 14 goals Mole Liam Ferdinand will return after missing the trip to Brimscombe on Saturday

In case you missed it..
What’s been going on at Larges Lane then? Where have you been!
Since May 2016 work has been ongoing at Bracknell Town Football Club’s home at Larges Lane to redevelop the facility into something fit for the 21st century.
We all loved the ‘old’ ground, but it was well past its sell by date.
The pitch has been completely pulled up and replaced by a state of the art artificial surface (make sure you wear the right boots – don’t be that guy!), and a number of pitch side buildings have been pulled down and replaced.
Look, we could go on – but your best bet is to get down to the ground this evening for opening night. We’ll see you there.
