Bracknell Town appoint Geoff Warner as coach – management changes

Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League Bracknell Town have announced changes to their management team for the 2016/17 season which will see the Robins play out of Sandhurst Town for the opening months.

Announced on the clubs twitter account, Mark Tallentire remains in charge at Larges Lane with Steve Nebbett as his assistant, but has pulled off a bit of a coup, appointing Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 side Beaconsfield SYCOB’s manager Geoff Warner as coach.

Warner is, according to getbucks.co.uk a former Crystal Palace, Reading and Fulham academy coach who was appointed number 1 at Holloways Park last summer and led the Rams to a ninth placed finish.

Other changes see Lee Simpson appointed as head of youth coaching from under 8s to under 21s and Tony Perry has been appointed as goalkeeping coach.

Bracknell announced last week their under 21 side (formerly development) would be playing in the Suburban Football League after withdrawing from Hellenic League Division 2 East.

Neighbours Wokingham & Emmbrook have announced managerial appointments of their own with a replacement for Clive McNelly appointed.
